Carob Tree Villa is the owner's home, and is well appointed with the facilities you would expect in your own home.

The kitchen is large, well designed and includes a full-size cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board and an electric kettle. It has recently been completely refurbished.

The sitting/dining room includes a CD player, video recorder and satellite television including Sky News, Eurosport and Entertainment channels plus local tv.

There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, each with adjoining bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Upstairs, there's a double bedroom with bathroom, sitting room and private terrace - the ideal place to escape from younger members of the family.

Downstairs, the terrace with shaded seating area is equipped with barbecue and sun loungers around a generous 10x5m (30x15') approx swimming pool. The extensive garden is predominantly lawn bordered with shrubs.

Just a few paces from the villa there is a small supermarket, open from 8.30am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. A few more paces will take you to either of two restaurants, the A Lareiera (international cuisine with some Portuguese specialities) and the India Tandoori.
