Booking Information

Carob Tree Villa is available for rent from April through to November, for a minimum period of one week. The changeover day in peak periods is Saturday.

Carob Tree Villa is the owner's home and is well furnished and equipped. Accordingly, a deposit of £500 against damage and breakages is required with each booking. This will be refunded a week after your departure, less the cost of any damage or breakages.

Before booking, please call, fax or email to ensure the period you would like is available. You will be sent a booking form (by post, fax or email, as you prefer) requesting your details and a deposit of £100. Once a booking has been accepted, no refund will be made if you cancel. We strongly advise holiday insurance.

Car Hire

We are able to arrange local car hire on your behalf; the prices below include unlimited mileage, insurance with collision damage waiver, and VAT. Additional driver insurance, roof rack and baby seat are optional extras. An order form for car hire is included with the booking form, and a car can be arranged to meet you at Faro airport or the villa. Please remember that you must present a full UK driving licence on collection. A guide to models and rates is given in the table below. Car hire is payable in Portugal in Euro.
